David Pressouyre is a lawyer registered with the Vaud Cantonal Bar and the Paris Bar. He advises and represents clients in both Swiss and French law, particularly in business law and technology law, especially in complex Franco-Swiss matters. He also practices in the areas of economic criminal law and cybercrime.

A graduate of the University of Lausanne with a degree in law, criminality, and information technology security, David Pressouyre also studied in France at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas and the University of Aix-Marseille, where he earned two master’s degrees in litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution, as well as in legal sociology. He holds the French Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession (CAPA) and has passed the equivalency exam for the Swiss attorney’s license.

Before joining HDC in Lausanne, where he became a partner, David Pressouyre practiced for five years in Paris at renowned law firms, primarily in economic criminal law and business law.
